About this event

Re-energise Your Spirit with Epicurean Delights, Soul Music and Recycling Activities for the Kids

A fun filled family event awaits you at KU DE TA this coming Easter Sunday (8th April), with a host of recycling-themed activities for the kids throughout the day, taking place in tents set up around the restaurant‟s premises.
"Easter is a great time to promote family bonding, and what better way to do this than over exciting Easter activities for the kids while enjoying great food and music," said Steve Collinson, General Manager at KU DE TA. "As KU DE TA is a strong advocate for environmental awareness in Bali, we thought Easter would be the perfect occasion to promote this aspect to the younger ones through fun activities."

Epicurean Easter Delights...
To celebrate this joyous occasion the chefs at KU DE TA have created a decadent menu with a mix of traditional feel good Easter recipes combined with Asian flavours.

Menu highlights include a mouth-watering Braised Angus Short Rib "brick pastry" paired with roast pumpkin and walnut puree and a pickled heart of palm salad. Guests can also savour KU DE TA‟s Sour Dough Crusted Snapper Fillet with Moroccan cauliflower, a pine nut and mint salad and cumin yoghurt sphere. For dessert, KU DE TA will enrapture its diners with an Easter-themed sweet finale in the form of its Coconut and Mango Easter "Egg" with crispy basil and hazelnut cake.
Children visiting KU DE TA can also tuck into a delicious menu specially customised to tempt even the most fussy of eaters.

Music by Electric Empire…
To top it all off, diners can enjoy the soulful rhythms of the renowned Electric Empire from Australia.
Electric Empire is the musical lovechild of accomplished singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer Dennis Dowlut. A founding member of the electronic outfit Disco Montego ("Magic‟ featuring Katie Underwood), Dowlut has also collaborated with the likes of Mariah Carey, Kaz James, Macy Gray and Gypsy and the Cat. Dowlut combined creative might with Jason Heerah (drums) and Aaron Mendoza (keys) in 2009 to give Electric Empire its heartbeat.
